In this series we will be re-creating this image of an jaguar and panther for the main painting project. I will walk the kids through it step-by-step so not too worry about how detailed the image may appear. In this 6-week series, children will explore a range of creative techniques and materials including needle felting, drawing, watercolour pencils, and painting. Students will learn about brush types, washes, and layering techniques, while building confidence and creative skills through hands-on practice. The series includes step-by-step instruction to guide children through the creation of a realistic needle felted sculpture, where they’ll learn foundational needle felting methods and how to shape their own imaginative creatures. This class is designed to support artistic growth in a fun, relaxed environment, with plenty of opportunity for personal expression and exploration. There are options to register for 3 months, or for a full 6 month period and you will pay monthly at the beginning of the month. This class was designed for some of my regular home school students who have outgrown the daytime program and are looking to advance their skillset, but it is open to anyone. Get a better rate by signing up for the longer time. The rates are : 6 weeks - $210 (35 a session) 3 months - 128 per month (32 a session) 6 months - 112 per month (28 a session) Location: Classes are held at the new studio: 1491 McPhee Avenue, Unit 1 (across from Courtenay Elementary). Parking is available inside the gated area. Registration Notes: When registering, you’ll be asked to select the first class date only; registration includes the full 6-week series or longer duration that you register for. Registration options are: 6 weeks - $210 flat rate ($35 per session) 3 months- 128 per month ($32 per session) 6 months- 112 per month ($28 per session) * Monthly billing is base on a 4 week month, if there are more or less weeks in a month the price will reflect this *invoices are due at the beginning of every month. You can choose to pre-pay for longer * Please note that people registered for 3-6 months will get priority booking for the following months to come, space will always be held for them
