Come learn how to create movement through your images like Van gogh and Emily carr while making the sky dance above a scene of our local area similar to the painting In this short series we will be producing one 16x20 canvas painting, you will be lead through the process step-by-step so no experience is required. In this short series we will be exploring colour application, colour theory, mark making and how it applies to painting landscapes. The process of recreating images from the Masters gives us a subject to work from that makes it simpler to learn about how to dissect and break down the painting process into parts that make it easier to understand and apply to our own art.
